Greek mythology teaches us that Apollo was the God of the sun.  We have chosen to celebrate Apollo because it is the sun that allows us to provide you with the ripest, tastiest and freshest ingredients.  We use recipes passed down from the Gods using the same love and care.  Our food is made from scratch daily, therefore please allow us a few extra moments to prepare your food to these high standards.  We sincerely thank you for your patronage and hope that you enjoy your dining experience.
